This is one of the many recipes of Giada's that I make all of the time!! I love to add some extra ingredients too, such as olives that give it that extra savory taste that really melds well with the thyme. I definitely recommend this dish. It's something everyone can munch on throughout the day and it's great straight out of the oven or room temperature. It's not hard to make and is easy to eat, you don't even need a plate!!

I made this dish and although it was really good I thought it was missing something. I looked in the pantry and found smoked peppers and sun dried tomatoes. I added them with the rest of the ingredients and it was a real hit with my family. Even though some recipes are really simple you can always add your own personal touch to them to make them even better.

This is absolutely delicious. I used my local pizzeria's dough and it came out beautifully. Such an easy, quick crowd pleaser!

Maybe every pizzeria in the USA sells their dough, but here in Australia and many other places where the show is run, they most certainly do not.

I saw another show where GD promised delicious homemade breadsticks, and guess what? It was biscuit dough from a can (also not available outside of North America. Sorry, that doesn't count as homemade to me, any more than if she opened a jar of Ragu to make lasagne.

Just came back from a football party. Our team lost but the Pizza Bianca was a hands down winner! Simple to make, even from dough from the bread machine! Good combination of crunch of crust and tender inside. Sprinkled poppy and sesame seeds in addition to fresh rosemary leaves and sea salt. Wonderful change from just rolls or bread with soup.

I saw this meal on TV and decided to make it for our last year's Christmas dinner. Since we don't like clams/mussels, we opted for more shrimp & fish and then added some scallops. It was a WONDERFUL dish and plan to make it an every year Christmas meal vs my family's tradition of Lutafisk. :(

The only hard part was finding something similar to fish stock - although I could have made my own, I didn't have the time.

    Cheers!
