Way too much flour! All you need is 3 and 1/2 cups. 5 is too many!

Amazing pizza dough!!! As others had commented it is true you need to add a little more water. I was able to make two large pizzas out this. I added some dry basil into the dough and did a egg wash on the crust with sesame seeds. I absolutely recommend this one! Thanks Giada :

This dough was ok. Not the best pizza dough ever, but it was easy to make and to handle.

I thought this pizza dough was way too dense and chewy. I am a novice baker, so it could just be something I did wrong, but I will not make this recipe again.

Great recipe! Never thought I could make some pizza dough this good! Loved it so much have given the recipe to friend and given extra balls of dough to them. Did have to add a bit more water, but just did so a tablespoon at a time like the recipe recommends. The cornmeal on the pan makes such a nice crisp on the bottom, will always do this from now on!
