    I used about 1 1/2 cups water to the 5 cups of flour to make 3 12 inch crusts. Gorgeous results.

    I agree with you Barbara. There is way too much flour and not enough liquid in this recipe. I had to the throw dough out and start over with a different recipe.

    This recipe is totally out of proportion. The amount of water is totally insufficient for 5 cups of flour. Just compare with other recipes from the same channel.

    regret trusting the recipe. Giada should be more careful on what she gives. I saw the TV program and thought that the recipe will work. How wrong.

    On the show she used 1 packet of yeast in 1 c of warm water, and 4 c of flour and some salt for the pizza dough. I have not made it yet, so I gave it an good rating.
