I made these for dinner last night and they were definitely a hit with the family! I substituted fresh baby spinach for the arugula and Italian sausage for the turkey sausage, and they were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Giada, for a new fun twist on boring pizza!

I love this recipe! I made it for my mom and dad and they loved it. Now they really have faith that i can become a famous cook like Paula Deen and Giada!

These were easy to make and pretty good, but I think there was way to much parmesan cheese. Next time I will cut the parmesan in half.

My family loved these. I added some seasonings to the filling and sprinkled the outside with parm and italian seasoning. Next time we're going to fill them with candian bacon and pineapple. These would be good for a pizza party for the kids. Just roll out the dough and give them a variety of fillings to make their own.

This is the second time i have made these and they are great. My only problem is the dough. They do not look as pretty as Giadas but they are delicious. My son is a picky eater and he loves them.

My family absolutely loved this recipe as did I. I did however replace the refrigerator pizza crust with Pilsbury hot roll mix (the pizza crust directions. It was a great idea, turned out fantastic!

My family LOVED these pizza pockets! I used the frozen dinner roll dough instead and I think I made it a little harder on myself if I had used the refrigerated pizza dough. But, all in all, they came out delicious. Super recipe, super delicious!

These were so good! I didnt follow the recipe to a tea, Like, I couldnt find arugula at my market so I grated a zucchini for a pinch of green, I aso added a little mozzarella cheese to the filling, oh and I also cooked in some onion with my sausage. I did what someone else had said about sprinkling the top with combo of parmesan and italian seasoning just to make it look pretty. I had some left over filling and the scraps from the cut off dough, so I rolled out the dough and made a rustic little pizza pie. Im very pleased with this recipe!!!

I made this for my family and they absolutely fell in love with it, they even asked me to make it next week. This was simple and delicious and is worth trying.

My boyfriend is the pickiest eater that I've ever met. He is so hard to cook for and I was tired of the same old things to eat. So we were watching Giada make these on TV and he said they looked delicious. I made them two nights later and he's still talking about them. They were easy to make and absolutely delicious. Finally, something that we both like and something I can actually make!!
