I love this recipe, very quick and easy but packed with flavour! A massive hit with the whole family.

Made this tonight and it was just okay for me. It was not bad, but not something I would crave to make again. The sauce was excellent, broccoli could have been pre-steamed a little and it needed just a little something more. Something fun and different to make, but not a gotta keep the recipe kinda meal.

I made this dish with my boyfriend who will eat just about anything, but he didn't quite finish this home made pizza pot pie. Which translates to 'meh'. He's not exactly a chef, but me being a foody didn't care for the upside-down, dough on-top pizza concept, either. I thought pizza + pot pie, how could this possibly go wrong!? Well, I can't put my finger on it, but it didn't go right. The homemade tomato sauce, however, was the best I've ever had!!! I loved it so much I'm stealing the recipe to use for pasta dishes from now on.

I don't own ramekins so I made this very easy dish using 2 medium sized dishes. I found this recipe extremely easy to make - which is a plus for me. My husband went back for seconds.

I used whole wheat pizza dough, and some store bought super garlic marinara sauce (which saved me time and still tasted amazing!. I'm vegetarian, so instead of chicken, I added a bunch of vegetables. It turned out amazing! This dish is only limited by the different combinations of vegetables, herbs/spices, and cheeses you can think of incorporating!

I made some modifications...I added some onions and mushrooms. I didn't use the ramekins, I used a bigger pyrex and cover the veggies with the pizza dough. It worked just fine....it was really good!!!!
