I made this during Christmas as an appetizer--extremely delicious, elegant, and simple---I will definitely make this again! Another great recipe by Giada!

The caramelized onions took over 1-1/2 hours but the results were worth it...one of the best pizza combinations ever!

instead of topping pizza dough, i filled prebaked mini phyllo shells. i only used one package of shells (15, but it probably made enough for two packages. baked at a lower temp since i wasn't using uncooked dough. delicious!

Great recipe, except it doesn't say to poke the uncooked dough with a fork before baking. Otherwise, your dough will turn into balls! Fun dinner idea: Make lots of different varieties and serve with salad! Yum!

My husband begs me to make this because he loves it so much! I cut down on prep time by just making one big pizza and cutting it into slices. I use the Pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust. It's super easy and it comes out crispy and yummy. Cooking the onions is the longest part of this recipe, but once they're going it's pretty easy, you just have to give them a stir every few minutes. I highly recommend this recipe!

I love this recipe! Have made it several times. I have made this as a full sized pizza and just cut into slices... not as elegant, but just as delicious.

Very tasty. Loved the herbs de Provance in it. They were a little dry but still tasty.

Excellent... My hubby and I enjoyed so much. I could have used more cheese... But then again, couldn't everybody?
