This recipe was seriously delicious. I served them at a neighborhood get together and all my "foodie" friends just loved them. Thanks again Giada!!

I made this as a pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic! First time making caramelized onions, and certainly the beginning of a whole new set of ideas!!!
Used roasted red peppers, and smoked ham. It was perfect.

Absolutely delicious! Doubling the onions meant caramelization took a long, long time - but so worth it! People that didn't like onions loved this little appetizer.

The combination of flavors in these little pizzas is fabulous: I made a regular pizza (yeah for Trader Joes dough and added the goat cheese, etc and cut it into slices - it was a lot easier than rolling everything out..I absolutely love Giada's recipes; her enthusiasm and love of quality ingredients is manifested in her cooking; I always feel I'm eating healthy. I had never eaten a caper, arugula, basil and a litany of other ingredients until I started watching her show. Thanks for bringing a little bit of Italy to Southern Cal.

Made this for my housewarming party and everyone loved them. I think the onions were what made them so great. Used Trader Joe's pizza dough. A little labor intensive with the rolling and cutting of the dough and the long cooking time of the onions, but well worth it.

I love this recipe and all of my guests did too! It is easy to cut little circles of dough using one end of an empty metal can. The caramelized onions are delicious and velvety with the goat cheese, one of my favorites anyway. I make these every chance I get.

A friend of mine says these pizzettes are better than any appetizer he's had in any restaurant. I think I have to agree. The combination of flavors is wonderful. I would even make a full-size pizza out of this recipe and have it be the main course.
