    You can purchase Muscato wine around $5-7 at Trader Joe's.

    What is the best Tool to core pears? This was left out of Giada's show on poached pears..

    The pears were absolutely delicious! I did cut the poaching liquid in half though. The wine was $20.00 the vanilla bean $7.00 a little rich for me. Everyone thought they were great. I will make these again. Next time I will core the pear though. It would just make them easier to eat for everyone.
