    I've made this several times and each time I marvel at how good it is. We don't like white meat so I buy drumsticks and thighs. It doesn't matter. The recipe is just great.

    I do season my flour a little more than Giada recommends and cut back on the salt and that doesn't affect the recipe.

    I've recommended it to all my friends, foodies or not.

    This is so marvelous. I am Italian and have never use lemon for marinade in fried chicken. It just tasted fabulous and juicy. The lemon really does counteract the oil. Thanks so much.

    I normally love Giada's recipes, but this chicken has no flavor and it's a pain to make because the oil creates a huge mess!!

    Excellent lemony, moist and juicy. I added a tad of hot pepper oil to the marinade- but not necessary. Will definately make this again

    This is the best fried chicken! The lemon taste is great and its very "light" tasting. Plus, if cooked as suggested, its not greasy at all. The leftovers are great also the next day - cold or hot! I am making this again tonight.
