I marinated overnight and still thought the chicken did not have enough flavor. I did not think this dish was all that, based on the 5-star reviews I expected better. Maybe just Giada fans?

I am from the south, and chicken is something I thought needed no perfection in my kitchen. I quickly found out I was wrong after making this dish! It was spectacular. Bursted with flavor, and just the right crunch.

This is an outstanding recipe. The skin is crisp and the chicken is moist and flavorful. The skin remained crispy the next day, so the leftovers were also delicious.

My family and I really did not care for this recipe. It was really bland and just did not have a good taste to it at all. I know I won't be making this again!

I would not consider this chicken as traditional Southern fried chicken, but it is absolutely delicious. I'll cook it over and over again!

This fried chicken is so easy to make! It's light, crunchy and goes great with garlic mashed potatoes. Not your regular heavy, greasy fried chicken. YUMMY!!!

I really enjoyed this dish, which is lighter and fresher-tasting than most fried chicken. I do wish the recipe offered more guidance regarding the temperature of the oil, but even without it things turned out fine.

This recipe produced chicken with a very thin coating that was way too greasy. Frying chicken in olive oil isn't such a great idea. It tasted good, but the texture just wasn't super.
