I think the subtle taste from the lemon juice is absolutely terrific! It has just the right zing to make fried chicken taste different but not too much. I will definately cook this again.

This is yet another dish I will add to my collection. This was soo easy to prepare and wonderfully delicioius to eat. Plus, a bit healthier than the regular southern fried chicken.

I love lemon marinade with chicken. This recipe made me a fan of Giada - the woman knows how to cook. It was wonderful twist on fried chicken.
This would be wonderful with a large summer salad an a little frozen lemoncella to finish off the meal over a peach sorbet. Yumm.

Preparing this recipe may be a little time-consuming but well-worth the effort in the long-run especially if you're looking for something different in fried chicken. I have a father who loves anything lemony so this was a big hit with him. I don't normally fry chicken as I'm not a fan of greasy food but this recipe was not the least bit greasy.

I have made this chicken countless times since I've seen Giada DiLaurentis make it on Everyday Italian and it gets better everytime... it's easy, the chicken is always so moist and meaty, and the lemon spritzed over the chicken just prior to taking that first bite is unbeatable!

I work days, my husband works nights so he fixes dinner for our family before I get home from work and when I came home to this meal I absolutely fell in love with this chicken and (with him again. It was so moist and tender and I love the hint of lemon. He has started making it with boneless skinless chicken breast and it is superb!!!!!

This recipe keeps the chicken so tender and juicy inside while still having the traditional crust. I love recipes that add something different then what your typically used too.
