Very easy to make - even easier to eat. Everyone loved it. I will marinate the chicken overnight next time. I highly recommend it!

Simple, easy, and a very nice twist to traditional fried chicken.

This is the best fried chicken we've ever had (and I'm Southern too!!. Light, moist, full of flavor and tender. I used skinless, boneless chicken breast, marinated 8 hours. I did add just a touch of lemon pepper to the flour before frying. We served this with a baked rice pilaf with some lemon zest and fresh green peas and it was totally marvelous. I did make a pan gravy, de-glazing with white wine and some chicken broth...oh, yummmmm. Thanks, Giada, what a wonderful dish.

This is a wonderful, yet very simple dish. My family is trying very hard to cut the amount of sodium in our diet. Fried chicken is almost always deliciously salty, but not this version! The lemon and olive oil marinade makes up for the lack of salt in the recipe. My family did not ask for the salt mill.

This is incredibly flavorful and delicious. Not your typical fried chicken, but a nice change from the heavily-battered old-fashioned southern kind. My husband and I loved it. You MUST marinate at least a day to get the full flavor. Delicioso!

I didn't have lemons so I used limes, delicious. The taste of the lime was very enjoyable and not too strong. The chicken was moist and very easy to do. Very good recipe.

Very good. Crispy and juicy. I couldn't really taste the lemon, so may add more next time, but nonetheless, the chicken was quite yummy and got rave reviews from my boyfriend and his son (World's Pickiest Eater.

Very flavorful with the lemons- I would suggest marinating overnight. I added some seasoned salt and italian seasoning to the flour for more of a boost.
