This came together so quickly it took very little effort! However, I must say the results are divine!

The freshness of the mint adds such a refreshing quality to this eye-pleasing desert - your family and friends will ooh and awe!! The presentation is gorgeous. I love the fact that this is somewhat healthy as well!

I found I had to freeze my sorbet for quite a bit longer after it spent around 50 minutes in my machine.

    Thanks Giada!

I made it minus the chocolate chips because I wanted to use some of it to make sorbet pops for my youngest two and they don't need the added chocolate in the afternoon. It was so refreshing! Next time, I'll infuse the mint in 1/2 cup of the pom juice and add a bit more of either the pom or orange juice. It was a bit too sweet for my taste. Maybe a tablespoon of agave syrup for sweetness, but the cup of simple syrup was just a touch too much. I loved this and will make it over and over. Thanks Giada, keep them coming!

The minute I saw the show I went out to get the ingredients. The sorbet turned out amazing, I tried it before adding the chocolate chips and after. I can honestly say I really like it both ways, so if you are trying to cut on calories leave the chocolate chips out, you won't even miss them.
