    I really did not like the taste. It was my first time to use Herbs de Province so I tend to think that I don't like that herb. Otherwise it was super easy and I will take the advice of another poster and sub dried oregano next time.

    Love, Love, Love this recipe! I made this for my sweetie last night. He loves pork. He is a southern boy who only had fried or grilled chops! He was blown away! It was fast, easy and tasted delicious! Thanks Giada! You never fail to impress!

    I'm giving this 5 stars for two reasons: super easy and very tasty! I did sauté some mushrooms along with onions. Served with some roasted veges...Yummy

    This recipe is delicious. I added 2 things. After I put the chops back in the pan, I added a little heated chicken stock, let it simmer for a couple minutes. I removed the chops again and plated them. I then added a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and whisked until incorporated. I spooned the sauce over the chops. Delicious.

    Another Giada exceptional recipe! I pretty much followed the recipe except I added green beans to the onions and tomatoes to make it complete meal. It didn't disappoint. The chops were tender and flavorful, the tomato/onion mixture (with green beans were outstanding. Easy, healthy and delicious. It doesn't get any better than that!

    Delicious and idiot-proof! I made it for dinner with a few modifications:picked up a can of italian flavored tomatoes and I would definitely add some garlic to the recipe.

    I saw her do this recipe differently about 5 years ago......and its AMAZING! She used bell peppers and fresh Roma tomatos and let the pork chops simmer for 20 min or so. The chops melt in your mouth!

    This meal was very flavorful, however...I like my meat really tender and falling off the bone so I added enough chicken stock to cover and simmered the entire thing for 45 minutes or so. I also added garlic to the pan while sauteing the onions. I served with mashed potatoes and brusselssprouts. Very tasty...especially the next day ;

    This was really tasty. I did made a couple minor changes, but nothing that dramatically changed the recipe. I used pork tenderloin instead of chops, because it was on sale at the market, and I prefer tenderloin anyway. I seared it on all sides and set it aside, then finished simmering it in the sauce. I did everything else the same till the very end, at which point I decided to stir in about a tbsp of capers. I'm sure it lost some authenticity, but I was craving that brininess and they worked really well. This was really delicious. I served it with mashed potatoes, per my husband's request, but I think I would have liked it even more over some thin spaghetti. I will definitely make it again in the future (and I'll probably add the capers again.
