I tried this for the first time tonight. It was truly an excellent fresh tasting meal. I followed everything almost exactly except I added fresh garlic while the tomato sauce was simmering. Also, I couldn't find the herbs de provence at any of the local markets so i had to improvise. I used a few pinches of crushed sage, thyme, basil, and rosemary. If you think it is too bland add a few more pinches of the rosemary and thyme. I also added an extra pinch of the red pepper flakes because I always like some extra heat. We also made the baked mashed potatoes and a lettuce and cucumber salad with the red wine vinagrette. Everything was excellent. This is definitely a new favorite in our house and we will be making it again soon.

I would have rated this 3 1/2 stars if given the option. Good recipe but not one to keep.

The pork was one thing, but adding the sauce created some new extraordinary taste I had never experienced. Thank you for making this recipe Giada.

We loved this easy to prepare dish. Very fresh tasting as well as the pork being juicy. Lots of options to go with it. A keeper!
