This recipe is great! I altered it a bit because I really dislike tomatoes and goat cheese. For the stuffing, I used fresh spinach instead of frozen, and I used feta cheese and mozzarella instead of goat cheese. I also omitted the tomatoes altogether. It was a huge hit with my family.

I'm so glad I tried this recipe! It helped to read several reviews to make the following tweaks. I don't like goat cheese so I subbed boursin cheese (yummy It required closer to 8 min per side (I had extra thick chops and I finished them off in a 325 oven for about 15 min. The sauce was the perfect flavor complement with the chops. I also topped off with some fresh chopped basil. Oh and yes, the spinach stuffing was fabulous! Definitely try this one!

This is very easy to make. The presentation makes it look like you spent hours cooking it. My husband, myself, and my 2 year old loves this recipe. I don't even use the lemon peel, and it is still extremely good. The goat cheese gives it a little bite and it is not over powering at all. I also use butterfly pork chops instead and just watch the filling closely. The gravy really tops it off, so if you have time try to make it. I also had to cook mine on Med-Low heat for extra time to get the pork chops done throughout. This is my favorite recipe, by far!

This is a keeper. I just made this for my family of three boys, ages 10 to 6 years old. They all loved it. Still waiting for the husband to get home and advise, but I will definitely make this many times over.

I followed this one EXACTLY way too much filling for the pork chops and a little difficult to stuff them...but SO delicious!

Too much spinach! The sauce was also very disappointing.

This recipe is absolutely delicious! Thanks to the reviewers who suggested eating the extra stuffing on crackers.

I made this last night. It's different and really good. My whole family liked it! The best part is that everyone got their veggies -- the spinach stuffing was filling and really good. I read other reviews - yes, it did take me longer than 4-5 minutes per side to cook the pork. But Giada could have cooked her pork quicker if her cooking temperature was higher. Loved the goat cheese, cream cheese and sun dried tomato mixture -- very tasty!
