I made these for my Supper Club group - rave reviews all around. The only thing I was disappointed about was the length of cook time for the pork chops. Perhaps mine were too thick but it required about 8-10 minutes per side and I had to cover the dish.

Didn't have pork chops but had a pork tenderloin. Used that instead of the chops. Butterflied the tenderloin and put stuffing inside. Tied tenderloin and cooked for an hour. Hubby and I were very pleased with the turn out. He said that it was a keeper and tasted very good. Didn't use the sauce. Thought that it would take away from it. Can't wait for the leftovers. Keep up the good work Giada. Love your show!!!

I have started a cooking club with a friend and made these as my first meal. They were a big hit, especially with my husband! The only problem I had was I stuffed the pork chops too full so it took a bit longer to cook them through. But all in all, it's a request by my husband as a regular meal!

Positive Rating because the food really was delicious. When I cooked the pork, the pan became messy. I either didn't cut the pocket deep enough, over stuffed, or a combination of both. The sauce made the dish look a bit messy, imho. Sidenote: The stuffing is really yummy on a crackers.

Finally, a pork chop recipe that doesn't produce a hockey puck on a plate! WOW! This was simple and my family raved about them. I added a splash of heavy cream in to the sauce so when it reduced, it made a mustard lemony cream sauce, thick and yummy! I love your recipes, Giada. thanks so much, Susan

Made this for a dinner party and got raves. I too went over the 4 minutes each side but I do have a bit of pork paranoia...my husband would have been comfortable eating them after about 4-5 minutes per side.

These pork chops were delicious, however, the cooking time was very misleading. It took about 45 minutes to complete this dish from start to finish. At four minutes per side, according to the directions, the pork chops were not cooked through.
I was disappointed -- I thought Giada was a perfectionist.

I made this last night and thought that it was very good. My husband said this is great. I did thicken the sauce with cornstarch and put the porkcops back in the sauce and finished cooking since 4 mins. on each side wasn't enough for my chops. I had stuffing left over because I made 2 chops but as other reviewers said that it makes a great dip for crackers. I'm thinking that I'll bake the stuffing like you would do with a hot artichoke dip.
