This is absolutley our new family favorite. The stuffing is creamy and rich and the chops tender and moist. I did use fresh thyme (about a tablespoon and I also used fresh spinach which I chopped and blanched before putting the mixture together.

This was very easy and looked like I spent hours on it. I actually watched this episode and I could tell that the pork chops I bought were MUCH thicker than the ones Giada had used, so I followed the recommendations by others and baked them at 350 while making the sauce and finishing up sides...they came out perfect. My boyfriend loved it and is going to have me make it for his family when we go visit.

This dish got rave reviews at my house! My husband, that isn't a spinich fan, even enjoyed these chops. They are easy to make and so good! But I was glad that I read the reviews before attempting this dish. I did finish baking the stuffed pork chops in the oven at 350 degrees for around 15 mins.

This meal was easy to make and the flavor of the stuffing with the pork chop was delicious! I will absolutely add this to my recipe files.

Everyone LOVED this recipe. Overall, the dish is pretty simple. It was a bit difficult to keep the stuffing from oozing out, but that just made it look more appetizing and delicious! There's not much more to say except that the flavor was delicious, and the presentation is beautiful!!!!

Loved the flavor--very quick and easy prep. The sauce is great but not necessary. This will be a pork chop mainstay in our home.

I found this recipe to be so delicious, as did my husband and three boys (4,2 /2,16mo. I used chops that were about 1/2" (uncooked. I cooked them in the pan, as instructed...but found the cheeses melting and running out of the "pocket" before the meat was cooked all the way through. I think next time I sear them and then finish cooking in the oven. The glaze that went over the tops of these chops was AMAZING and made this dish!

This was definately different. I couldn't find goat cheese, so I subbed some Alouette cheese spread. I was also surprised that I liked the spinach in it. Sauteing it, gave it a different flavor and texture. Also I found the stuffing falling out when I sauteed the chops..maybe my porkchops weren't thick enough. It was an ok dish. Glad I tried it, but not sure if i'd make again.

This recipe was so bland and flavorless and it is completely ridiculous to think you can get a thick cut chop, stuffed, cooked enough in 8 minutes. This was a very disappointing recipe from Giada, most of her recipes are quite good. I ended up having this go into a hot oven for almost 20 additional minutes just to bring it up to proper temp. It may be possible to get the recipe accomplished with a thinner cut (but harder to stuff but the ingredients still leave much to be desired.

My husband doesn't even like pork and he loved it. It was really easy to do and so flavorful. Will definitely make this again.
