We made these last night and they were delicious. I had read the reviews previously and doubled the sauce and put the chops back into the sauce to cook longer. The stuffing was plentiful, I think we will use 6 chops instead so that they're not so "overstuffed". We served it over a bed of roasted asparagus and a side of smashed potatoes. Awesome!

This is one of the best stuffed pork chop recipies I've seen. The combination of spinach and sun dried tomaotes brightens up the flavor to the point that it really made me smile. It may sound silly, but it was that good.

Followed the recipe exactly except used chicken breasts instead of pork chops. HUGE HIT with my husband!!! And, it's easy to make. Don't substitute the goat cheese! It makes the dish and the flavor is very mild mixed with the spinach and cream cheese.

These pork chops taste awesome. They are now my family's favorite pork chops. The work involved is a little more then I usually do, but well worth it. I highly recommend anyone to try these. Thanks Giada for a great recipe.

Wow, this was such an easy and elegant dish! We loved the combination of flavors, the sauce was delicious, and the presentation uptown. I have a question for those people who didn't like the recipe because it had sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese. Why did you choose to cook this dish?

We enjoyed this very much. I used thinner chops and made "sandwiches" with the filling, skewering the two chops together at the edges. I also subbed feta for the goat cheese. The sauce was wonderful. This will make an impressive company dinner with a lemon pasta side dish. I too will try stuffing chicken breasts.

We loved the taste of this recipe. The sauce added a nice flavor. We cooked this a little different than the recipe called for. It was hard to stuff the pork chops, possibly because they were too thin. Instead, we browned them in the skillet, then put the mixture on top and placed them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yum!

Excellent recipe. Easy to follow and very very tastey. Everyone I've cooked it for absolutely loves it. Goat cheese/cream cheese spinach mixture the best!

Made these pork chops for a dinner party Saturday night and everyone was well pleased. They were really yummy and really easy to make. We had a minor appliance disaster and ended up cooking them on the outdoor grill and they still turned out beautifully. I did omit the sauce since we grilled them but followed the rest of the recipe exactly.
