This was really very good - it was a little messy however. I may have not cut into the pork deep enough, so the stuffing was spilling out during the cooking, but all in all it was delicious. the sauce was great over asparagus too!

We enjoyed this recipe but felt that the recipe probably could have done with only one of the cheeses . This might be b/c I used a creamy goat cheese "chavrie" as I am not a fan of tradational goat cheese which lent to the extra creaminess.. I aslo had a good amt. of filling remaining, perhaps b/c my chops were smaller than Giada's

This was a lovely recipe, but even when I read it I knew that cooking a stuffed pork chop -- even a one-inch thick one -- requires more than four minutes per side.
Try eight minutes per side. I was a little turned off by all the frying. It didn't seem like a "spa recipe" when I was finished.
The stuffing was delicious and my husband loved it. I am not a big sun-dried tomato fan, but the mixture tasted good.
Maybe professional cooks have better pans and stoves that make it possible to cook a pork chops in four minutes per side, but then they should explain that fact.

Made these for a dinner party and everyone raved. They were delicious. The chops took lomger to cook that the recipe stated. Maybe my chops were thicker. The sauce wou;d not cook down so I added some corn starch and it was fine. I will not hesitate to cook these again Bravo!! Fantastic!!!

I made these for my husband, and we both thought they were just great. I am not a fan of goat cheese so I used feta instead and it was awsome. I did everything else exactly like the recipe. The sauce is great and goes perfect with rice too. I gave this recipe 4 instead of 5 because they do take longer to cook. I just used a skillet with a lid, and they cooked up in about 16 minutes or so altogether. I will surely make these again!

Maybe we just don't like sun dried tomatoes or goat cheese or both together. The chops were done perfectly at 5 minutes per side and the pan sauce was good, but the stuffing was unpleasant. No repeats for this one.

It was easy to prepare and it tasted great. Even my pick husband loved, and my 17month old scarfed it down. The ingredients were simple and inexpensive, but the dish was great.

The first time I made it I used too thick of chops. I used thinner ones the second time and it was wonderful.
