My husband made this last night. We were both so excited about eating it, but when we cut into the pork, it wasn't cooked through. :( We ended up cooking it longer in the microwave. Now I wish we had read the reviews first so we had known about this problem ahead of time! Next time, we'll probably brown then bake, or make it with chicken.

This recipe was good, needed something maybe some red chili spice with the garlic in the filling, but that is my taste. I put it in the oven to roast for 10 min after searing. Served it with steamed veggies and couscous. The sauce was nice over everything. My husband liked it. But we LOVE spinach dip which is really what this is; and we don't like pork with fruit!

I made this recipe with chicken breasts - it was really good! I didn't have goat cheese - so I left it out and I added a little honey to the sauce. Will make again...

I really enjoyed cooking this recipe and it was easy! I have since used the same filling with chicken and it was just as good! I love this!

OMG! Delish! The sauce with the lemon pops in your mouth! I made this dish on a Monday night for my husband and I, that's how easy it is. I will be making it for a dinner party too.

We loved it, and we've also switched out the meat and used a good thick steak. Love it!

This came out so delicious, and it was easy too. I'm not a huge fan of pork, but my family loves it so I tried it. And it was amazing. I loved it!

I made these while I was watching the football playoffs. They were quick and very very good.
