The meal was outstanding. The pork took about 7-8 minutes per side instead of 4 by they might have been a little thicker. I served it over Penne Pasta and was well received by my husband. This recipe is a keeper.

I thought this recipe was excellent. The only thing was that I found the pork chops to be a bit dry.

I made this last night, exactly as the recipe told me to. Overall, the pork was very, very tasty! I especially loved the sauce. Don't skip this step as it really flavors the pork and helps it stay nice and moist. One thing I will change next time-- the goat cheese. I didn't like it. It's a bit expensive, too and I could only get it in a 4 oz block (the recipe calls for 2 oz. That means the other 2 oz will go to waste.. You can easily subsitute cream cheese for the goat. This recipe is going into my recipe book!

This recipe was really really good, although I did find I had to cook the meat a little longer than the recipe states. Definitely a keeper!

This recipe is yummy! The sundried tomatoes, spinach, goat and cream cheeses were delicious. I don't cook but I caught this episode on tv and it looked good - glad I tried it!

I made this for dinner tonight along with the Artichoke and Tomato Panzanella Salad. Both were excellent and definitely guest quality. As other reviewers suggested, more than 8-10 minutes is needed for the pork chops. Have found very few of Giada's recipes that we don't love.

I made only the spinach stuffing with poached eggs - 10 minutes literally! for a delicious dinner. Adapted the recipe to what I had in the fridge: fresh spinach and dropped the cream cheese, using only goat cheese instead.
