Made this for my in laws and it was very very delicious!! I was concerned about the goat cheese since it can be very overpowering...but it this dish it was just the right balance! i highly recommend this dish when you want to add a little "wow" factor.

Awesome flavor in the pork chops! Not a difficult recipe for such a great tasting dish. We served it with some mashed potatoes on the side and some sauteed broccoli with red pepper flakes. You have to try these pork chops, the flavor is really amazing.

easy to make, we thought that adding a few pine nuts to the filling might be nice.

We loved this. Looked and tasted great and it was very easy. I would definitely make it again. My husband is alergic to fermented cheese so I used Rondele Herb & Garlic cheese spread instead of the goat cheese. I also used fresh spinach instead of frozen. As with most of Giada's recipes, We Loved It!

This recipe was great! We tried it tonight for dinner; it was pretty quick too. I made one change though. I had a 4 oz portion of goat cheese so I used all of it. It was really good. Also the previous reviewer was correct about cooking the thick cut pork chops in 8 minutes. They definitely needed around 15 minutes to cook all the way through. I also had some of the stuffing fall out in the pan during cooking but it added to the flavor of the gravy so it worked out great!

Not bad. It just didn't need the lemon sauce. Stuffing was great.

We were so excited after this episode that we made it for my in-laws tonight. First, there is no way that thick pork chops cook in only 8 minutes. We followed the recipe to the tee and then needed to put it in the oven for 15 mins to cook. Also, I halved the spinach and added prosciutto for flavor.

Was an absolute winner of a dish. I used fresh spinach and wilted it, and it was still terrific.
