Dear Lord these Pork Chops were amazing! They were sweet and savory and we ate every bite! I wish I had made more for leftovers but next time I know! I can't wait until I have company over because this and the potatoes gratin will definently be served! Thanks Giada!

Oh my....I made this recipe tonight for my family, and it was simply divine! The brandy/apple "sauce" with the chops was so flavorful. Thanks, Giada. This recipe is a "keeper."

I used bacon instead of pancetta. It was very delicious and kids loved it !

Overall it was very easy to prepare. Next time I will use Calvados apple brandy, and put the cream in at the very end. My cream separated... :( But it was tasty!

Really good. I made it with chicken instead of pork--used a little extra juice and cream for extra sauce so the meat could braise a little longer, and I added a bit of nutmeg. Served it with orzo. Yum!

Delicious! We halved the recipe since we only used two pork chops, but it was flavorful and easy to do. We did simmer the chops about 15 minutes rather than the 10 - 12 listed in recipe and put a lid on the pot, too, while the chops simmered in the sauce. Overall, excellent dish and a keeper!
