I give this recipe a 5 star. It was easy and quick to make. I used 1in bone in pork chops, pinch of sea salt and zest with hit of juice to end. Fabulous. Best recipe I've come across in a while! Thanks Giada!!! PS You're the best.

Made this tonight with fresh fennel, tomatoes and parsley from the garden and what a waste. Edible it was but there was nothing exciting about this dish at all. I'm a bit shocked by the positive reviews. Surely not a foodies recipe.

Made this for a family dinner with my in-laws and it was a hit. My in-laws love my cooking, but this recipe topped the charts. Pork Chops were juicy and the fennel and caper sauce was magnificent. Thanks Giada.. I can't wait to try some of your other recipes.

The dish was not bad, but I just dont see anything special about it to keep it. ALso pork is too thick/dry, would be better with poultry.

All I can say is that this dish was absolutely fantastic. It was so quick. Basically sear the chops while cutting the fennel/shallots/parsley and that's it! The taste was phenomenal! I have never cooked with fennel, so I wanted to try it. Immediately I was nervous because of the black licorish smell/taste to the raw fennel...however, much to my surprise it was delicious when cooked. I will make this again and again and again! Thank you so much for this fabulous dish!!! Pork Chops become my friend again...

These pork chops were the best we've ever had. There was leftover sauce and we added grilled chicken for another meal. Fantastic flavor and very easy to make. Loved it Giada!!

The flavor combinations in this pork chop dish are wonderful. Cooked fennel definitely has a different taste from raw fennel. Will make this a staple.
