Try it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts too.

I made this tonight and it was very good! Fennel is one of my new favorite foods. I did add a pinch of sugar in the end because I thought the tomatoes were a bit acidic and I did not want my boyfriend to get heartburn. It helped a lot!

    Thanks Giada another great dinner!!!

Like a previous review, I used haddock instead of pork. Skipped the pre-sear step and just added the fish for 10 minutes at the end. Yummmm

This was the first time I have actually used fennel and was I ever surprised! This dish was amazing and the wife loved it! Said this was a definite keeper. I will be branching out and trying more dishes with fennel now that we have experienced this wonderfully flavored meal. Not to mention it was so easy to prepare. Thanks Giada, keep'em coming!

I made this for my parents and we all loved it. I made angel hair pasta with it mainly for the kids, but we all agreed it was a wonderful addition!

Made this tonight, it was great. Didnt have white wine or pork, so used chicken and chicken broth and came out very good. Happy faces all around! Thanks!
