Easy and resulted in a juicy pork cutlet with crispy outside. I had boneless chops that were a little thick so pounded them out in a zip top baggie with a skillet to about 1/4 inch thickness. Served with Rachael Ray's red white beans. My husband's mom used to make him what she calls Pork Milanesa and he said this recipe was better! Will be making this again.

Very easy and straightforward. I served it with some roasted baby potatoes and maple glazed carrots. Definitely a keeper recipe.

This recipe was delicious and SOOOO easy and quick to make. To go aong with the pork milanese I also cooked some angel hair pasta and made a lemon cream sauce from the brown bits to accompany the meal It came together lovely.

Made this recipe and my husband loved it! It was so easy. Served it with roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted asparagas and cherry tomatoes. It definately goes into my favorite recipes book!

This was very tasty, my husband and loved it, I added a pinch of oregano, basil, granulated garlic powder to the crumb mixture (based on some of the other reviews and I can't complain about the flavor. I will be making this dish again :-

Delicious! Easy to make, and looks and tastes like something you would get in a nice restaurant. No problems with the recipe. It works.
