    My guests loved this, but I thought it was quite a bit too tangy. Leave out the vinegar, and it would probably be perfect though.

    I was roasting a P.T. &was looking for a sauce since i didnt marinade. I didnt have grapeseed oil or shallots, so i used onions, dried thyme, & served it over slices of tenderloin. It was amazing! Much more tangy, sophisticated take on the usual honey mustard pork! Will be my go to honey mustard from now on!

    Made this recipe for a holiday weekend, and my guests did everything but lick their fingers - and I think some of them did that also! Pork came out tender and juicy, and the sauce is superb!

    This was wonderful! The meat and the sauce were both so good. This recipe is a keeper for sure. Easy, inexpensive and the house smelled great!

    The honey mustard sauce was delicious!! Wasn't really in the mood for all that bread so I made the pork loin as Giada did and then used the honey mustard as a sauce over the pork when sliced. It was fabulous!! Will definitely be making this again and again for pork!

    This recipe is to die for!!! I prepared this for dinner this evening. When sampling, I just imagine this honey mustard sauce with any kind of pork you are serving. What a treat and a fabulous treat to serve to your guests.
