I made these potatoes with the onions suggested and that was the vry first time i had ever used the Italian onions. The potatoes turned out very sweet tasting. I roasted for about 30 minutes more and had to add a little more olive oil because we like them extra crispy, but they were really creamy inside and very crispy outside.

This is a great NEW way of fixing potatoes. I was kind of getting tired of mashed, boiled and fried. Had never thought of adding rosemary, yummy! My husband loved it! Thanks Giada!

    Again,
Giada comes through for us. My son and I have made these potatoes twice now. We cooked the potatoes for an hour and they came out perfect!
This dish couldn't possibly be easier to make or clean up.
    Thanks Giada!!

Easy and tasty. Couldn't find the little onions in Hawaii, so I substituted with chopped sweet onions. My family loved it! This recipe is a keeper!

These potatoes were quite good. No surprises here. The onions were really the topper for this dish. The ingredients are a little pricey compared to regular potatoes and onions. Definitely a keeper.

My husband and I loved this recipe. I used Italian seasoning, instead of just rosemary. The onions were sweet and delicious.

I needed to do something with my red potatoes so I decided to check out this recipe at the last minute. I didn't have onions at all, but had the other ingredients. Still, the potatoes were soooo good! I can't wait to use the onions next time.

We were invited to dinner by our dear friends. They made the Roman Chicken and the Potatoes and Onions. Everything was delicious. The potatoes were tender and flavorful and the onions sweet and savory. They used fresh rosemary in the recipe. It was a memorable meal. I can't wait to make it myself. Thank you Giada!

This recipe was so easy and refreshing. I normally would use a seasoning pack when roasting potatoes but this is sooo much better! I used the little pearl onions instead of the cippolini onions(couldn't find. The onions were sweet and made the potatoes wonderful!. I also used seasoned salt instead of regular and dried parsley, tyme, and just a tiny bit of rosemary. I didn't want it to be over powered. From now on I'm using this recipe all of the time.
