I was having a my neighbors over for a BBQ and thought this would be a perfect side dish. Only problem, I did not have Rosemary. I used thyme instead. I also added balsamic vinegar (4 tbsps. When potatoes were finished I added another 2 tbsps plus an additional tbsp of kosher salt. It was so delicious. Thank You Giada.

This recipe is so simple and easy. The potatoes came out nice and crispy on the outside and soft and delicious inside. The onions were sweet and scrumptious. I served this dish as a side with beef but it would go with anything. I have passed it on to friends and they also loved it.

These potatoes were served with a number of different wines and went "fabulous" with each. There was none left over for the next day!

I made this dish last night and we loved it! The cippolini onions were so good, and by following Giada's instructions to blanch them first, they were super easy to peel. I will definitely make this again!

This is a must try dish!! It's so easy to prepare and it tastes delicious. You can just eat the onions by themselves. Once they carmelize, they taste even sweeter.

I normally don't care for new potatoes but this dish blew me away. The flavor was outstanding.

This is one of my favorite ways to make potatoes! Its soooo intensely flavored--never do boring plain roasted potatoes again!
