This was such a good recipe. I loved the sweet cheese filling, um I spooned the left overs, it is so good. The cheese filling would be good as a topping, like whipped cream on other desserts, or with strawberry shortcake to make it extra special! The recipe makes up to 12-14 puffs. One is enough, but who can eat just one?

This is a fairly simple recipe that turns out a very fancy looking treat. Taste was very good and they lasted in frig easily for 3 days. I have requests to make this recipe again soon.

The bread was a little dry, but don't let that stop you. The cheese mixture is wonderful, Mixed with chocalate-hazelnut it is the perfect sweet tart.

I have already made this recipe twice in two days. It could not be easier. I used pudding both times, and people were crazy about them. The 2nd time I only left them in the oven for 40 minutes. I thought the color was better.

but it all turned out lovely. I decided to use just whipped cream, the chocolate sauce and raspberries instead of the marscapone filling.

I have never made pastry before and was scared at first, but they puffed and hollowed out nicely. Although they took almost half the time I was told even after I made them twice her size. Definitely worth making.

The end result was beautiful and tasty. I, too, had a problem with the cheese consistency, though- too runny. What gives?? Maybe draining them through a cheese cloth beforehand will help. I'll keep experimenting!
