I made this exactly as directed. Twice. Both times it didn't rise. Looked up a recipe for the profiteroles in Joy of Cooking. Excellent directions and very different ingredient amounts. I was very disappointed.

These were incredible and I cannot belive that I MADE THEM, as I am often a much better cook than I am a baker. But these came out perfect and my guests asked what bakery I bought them from!!!!!!!! Thanks, Giada for helping me to be the hit of my own party! :

This was delicious but next time I would double the amount of profiteroles that I make because I had so much of the filling left over.

This recipe was a lot of fun to make, and oh, so good! The hazelnuts and Nutella drizzled on top make for a nice presentation. I will definitely make these again! I wound up with nine, but decided eight was a more elegant number, so I ate one before serving my family. (Someone has to be the taste tester!

Delicious and so easy to put together. I added 1/8 tsp almond extract for a bit of interest. Perfect!

Delicious taste and texture. Definately serves at least six. Didn't keep in the oven as long as the recipe states as they were browning just after 40 minutes! Don't be shy with the Nutella - it completes these delectable treats! Will make again for a bigger crowd.

I had these a couple of weeks ago at a friends, she said that they were pretty straight forward to make. They looked like they came from a bakery and they tasted like.....YUM!!!! Make these, your friends and family will love it. It yielded 12- and we had three each which was perfect.

My son made these for me...all by himself! What a delightful blend of flavors. The filling was delicious, not too sweet. Will definitely have HIM make them again.
