    These were so easy to make and sooo yummy. Keep your eye on the pastries while baking. I only baked them for 40 min. and I think they would have burned if they had stayed in the oven any longer.

    I was'nt too happy with the original flavour of the filling so I added 2 tablespoons of strong coffee ,2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in half the cheese mixture then folded this into 1 cup of fresh whipped cream....the other half of the cheese mixture was left over for the next batch :.....turned out great!!

    Excellent. Delicious served with vanilla ice cream in the center and drizzled with chocolate sauce as an alternative to what is suggested. Keep an eye on your oven in the last 5 min., they may not need those extra minutes to keep the golden appearance in lieu of the browning.
