These are so good I could eat all of them up! I am working on keeping them from getting too brown. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but they are a little more brown than "golden". It doesn't seem to matter to the taste, though! These are great and impressive to your dinner guests.

I hate to bake and I could not believe how easy this was to make! It was so good, not to sweet, just enough after a big meal.

What a yummy treat! The filling is so good, I almost don't need the profiterole or the Nutella, but the whole package is pretty delicious! The only thing, my profiteroles didn't get as fluffy as Giada's did on the show, but they still tasted wonderful!

Abolutely decadent! Not too difficult and showy. Two words of warning - Giada loves to use mascarpone and so do I but it's expensive. And second, don't fill the puffs much in advance of serving or they'll get soggy.

This is the perfect recipe for a dessert for entertaining. It takes a little work the first time, but once you've done it, it's easy! I was pleasantly surprised with how light and delicious this dessert was...it really brought back my recent honeymoon in Italy! I would suggest making more like 8-10 rather than 10-12, because the profiteroles are better when they are a little bigger. And definitely be generous with the drizzled nutella - it's the best part. A true hit!

I had never tasted Nutella until I started watching Giada. I thought it was just another "kid's spread". Well...was I wrong! It's great and wonderful in so many of her recipes and I had no idea it was so Italian! Great recipe and a new twist to cream puffs and it looks like you slaved for hours!

I have made these several times and they are ALWAYS a hit. I am not usually a sweet lover but the Nutella is just wonderful. I made these, along with some traditional Christmas pies, and for the first time there was a lot of pie left.

These profiteroles are absolutely "melt-in-your-mouth" wonderful! They are so easy to make and quick too! The filling is creamy and delicious and the nutella and cream topping is so good it's difficult to only have one of these. A cinch to make...it's a "show-off" dessert!
