    This recipe definetly yeilds more than 4 servings, especially if you consider a serving one or two "puffs". I usually serve this desert at the end of a big meal, or in collaboration with another light desert.

    it says four servings...how many does this really make? i need to know because im making them for xmas and i don't want to have too little...

    My mom and I have made this 4 times since the show aired about three weeks ago. It is super easy and fast and VERY impressive. Great for taking over to a friend's house. Just tell them you will take care of dessert and believe me you will be the hit of the party. These are delicious and taste like the ones I have had in Italy! Gotta love Giada!
