These were so quick and easy. I made them at the last minute when I was having guests over and I didn't have basil leaves. I used a leaf of baby spinach instead and it was great. Everyone raved!

This was very easy. I entertain a lot and I am always looking for easy, but tasty bites. This is a winner.

I've used this recipe for a fast easy, fulfilling snack, yet also to entertain as a quickie hors d'oeuvres for small dinner parties at home. I love the balsamic carrot 'slaw' that compliments the Prosciutto di Parma that I used.

Thanks so much for this... multo bene!!

This was so different and so yummy! I suggest cutting them in half though.

I could really see myself ordering this as an appetizer in a nice Italian restaurant. Plus, my sister who never eats carrots, gabbled this one down really quick!
Plus it's really quick and simple to make..

These are so awesome! Make 'em for yourself, make for others, either way, you can't go wrong. Definitely a keeper! Enjoy!

Not sure how this recipe got such great reviews but it's pretty bad. Used good balsamic and olive oil to no avail. It all went into the garbage.
