When I brought these to the table at a weekend BBQ, I was asked by a stranger (to me if I were a professional chef, even before trying them. She and the others at at that table dove in for a couple each. Loved 'em. (So do I! Simple, elegent, but not inexpensive when you make 30 which was exactly 1 lb of well-sliced proscuitto. Oh, yes, there were a few left over, but once refrigerated they got BETTER. Moral, make 'em ahead and chill 'em a bit. They seemed moister and chrispier. Thanks Giada!

Quick, easy and very tasty. I add a slaving of parmesan cheese to the bundle for a little extra taste.

So good I wish I had some more. I ended up eating about 10 or 12 instead of the 4 the recipe calls for. Next time I have a get together this will definately be on the menu.

I had a dinner party recently and served these as appetizers. My guests gobbled them up and asked for more! They look elegant and taste fantastic. This also makes for a great lunch.

Thought this was very good but the whole leaf of basil was a little overwhelming. I halved it and thought it was much better. Would definitely make again.

These were really pretty, but I think that my guests thought that there should be more flavor to the carrots.

I tripled this recipe and made it for a holiday office party - what a reaction! Everyone loved them and they were the perfect size to grab and go. The platter was empty in no time.
