I loved the Prosciutto Ravioli. I found that the Wrappers were very easy to use. To make them a bit more special I used a fork around the edges to seal them. I added a bit of garlic to the sauce, with a salad and a slice of garlic bread...who could ask for anything more.

This was amazing! And, how easy! A couple things I changed was bacon (precoocked, and I added Fontina cheese with the ricotta. I also did not add the egg yolks. What's the point?, but did add a little garlic in the mix. The won ton wrappers sealed great with the water and the butter with oregano was very tasty!(with a little basil added. A big hit with my husband who gets scared with the word spinach. He wanted the leftovers for breakfast! YOU NEED TO TRY THIS DISH. CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE IT FOR COMPANY!!!

I made this dish for my family and the flavor was outstanding. However, the wonton skins were a bit too thin and tore to easily. Next time I will try it with a rolled out pasta dough (5 or 6?.

This dish was delicious. I served it as a first course and was able to freeze half. They were just as good after freezing. The oregano butter definitely adds a nice touch. We used lots of fresh parmesan. Even my mother-in-law called the dish "special" and requested the recipe. I did not have any issues with "soggy" ravioli.

This was really easy. And this is from someone who has never filled wonton wrappers! They did not fall apart as I feared and the flavor was excellent. I even forgot to s&p before filling, but did add on top when done. I think the proscuitto had enough salt.

I normally LOVE Giada DeLaurentis' recipes....but this one just didn't work for my husband and I. The wonton wrappers were so light that they became soggy. Plus, while I love spinach, the flavor was just OVERWHELMING in these ravioli. I would not suggest making this recipe.

A good and satisfying filling...easy to make. Even my daughter who doesn't like spinach loved this dish. My husband said it wasn't his favorite but that it was good. I served it for a birthday celebration and several of my guests loved it!
