Great recipe! A little salty, though, and 4 minutes was much too long to cook. The ravioli fell apart. Otherwise, amazing recipe! I'll definately use it again!

Mine fell apart and came out too soft. The filling was ok--needed more salt. I might try it again.

My family ask me to make this recipe often. My grand children are picky eaters and they love it. My daughter-in-law does not cook and she helped me make the ravioli that is how easy it was to make. Great Recipe.

i decided the normal ravioli's were too soft and fell apart way to easily so i deap fried them in olive oil instead and they were so delicious.i got alot more flavor...but who knows.. i'm sure Giada does them better than i did.. I'm a new cook to the kitchen with not that much experience so maybe some day : i'll be better at it.

Great dish. I used wonton wrappers and had no problem. If those who had them fall apart if you can find the video of Giada making them you will see that they are in a shallow pan with almost boiling water and I think that will take care of them falling apart. Use enough water so they don't sit on the bottom of the pan or they will stick. You need to pay attention to them they do cook up quickly. I have made this with the oregano and also tried fresh sage both were outstanding. ALSO DO NOT FILL THEM TOO MUCH.

The wonton skin was a bad idea. After boiling, it fell apart even though I took care to close it properly. I added extra prosciultto and I couldn't really taste it. It became boiled ham so you can just use any chunk of ham and it's less expensive. The spinach didn't add much flavor either. Leeks may have been a better choice. The butter sauce was fattening without adding much to the dish. It was just awful and it completely missed. This is not to say Giada sucks but everyone has bad dishes once in awhile.

For a quick and easy dinner, this recipe is tops! The filling has a wonderful flavor and texture. The wontons, while not like fresh pasta, definitely worked well to make this dish a quick meal. I read the other reviews and some felt it was slimy. I disagree...I felt it was tender.

We tried this recipe earlier for dinner and it was DELICIOUS. Simple, light and wonderful! I loved it! I however didn't use whole milk ricotta and it was still wonderful!! My whole family liked it. Because this recipe made a lot, I freezed the rest for the week.

Waste of time and ingredients. Turned out so slimy and nasty it was uneatable.
