I love this recipe. I begin to crave it as soon as it turns cold outside. I finally served it to my boyfriend and he said 'this is really good' which can be hard to get out of him sometimes! I love the butter sauce too, compliments the ravioli very well...i just wish i could be creative enough to come up with a bit of a healthier sauce that is still light enough!

Gross... went and got food after spending so much time on this! I love Giada, but nothing in the recipe tasted right and I know I made it perfectly... nobody I made it for liked it.

This was easy to make even though it sounds like a difficult dish to make, Everyone just loved it will make again for sure.

This dish was so good my six year old and husband loved it. It did take a little time to fill the wontons but so worth it.

The filling tasted great, however, no matter how easy it is using won tons, it gave the dish a slimy texture. Fresh made pasta would have made it better.

Very good, but a time consuming dish to make. Well worth it though.

I love ravioli, but this recipe did not work for me. The wonton wrappers did not seal easily and they were just too thin. The Prosciutto didn't have the right texture either. For all the work that they involved making, it wasn't worth it

I made it with ham because I had leftover, was okay, but I think I overcooked them and they were kind of slimey. Also-- should have tossed the butter sauce around more, the ones without the butter were bland. The parmesan reggiano on top was delish.

and i'm a healthy eater, but i also love food, so these are just perfect for me. I used part skimmed riccota and turkey bacon instead, just so you know, turkey bacon brings lots of smocky flavor to this dish and makes oh so yummy:

This is very tasty and easy to make. Next time I am going to buy fresh pasta sheets instead of using wonton wrappers.
