Anything with Prosecco is good in my book, but this is really yummy!

I love this recipe, especially serving it in the summer at the end of a cookout. When lots of the food at the cookout are heavy, it's a delicious treat at the end of the day to satisfy the sweet tooth without weighing you down further. Two thumbs up.

This recipe was super easy and very deligtful~ I made it for a girls night with my firends and we all enjoyed it. I do think that Cool Whip would be good too. I just think that the Mascarpone cheese was a bit to strong.
I will make it again for sure! Far better than your average Jello Shots.LOL

The cheese was too much for the gelatin...it didn't go well at all. I think whipped cream would have been better.

I made this dessert the day after watching the episode and am pleased to say it was a big hit! I made it with strawberry jello and frozen strawberries as this was our preference, and it was delicious... not to mention, it looked very inviting and "summer-y". This one definitely has a place in my recipe box!

This was a very nice and VERY EASY upgrade of a childhood dessert. Fruit jello has never been my thing but the addition of the sparkling wine and marscapone cheese made it fabulous! The hardest part of the whole recipe was finding the cheese at the supermarket!

My husband and I love this recipe. It is easy but elegant. It will become a regular for us. The best prosecco is by Mondoro. It is fruity and lends a great flavor with the raspberries!

I'm not a raspberry lover, and if your not that type of person, don't use as much raspberries that the recipe calls for. I have never had this cheese, the first time you try it your like, uh, pretty bland, but next cup of "Adult" jello I had, I added a bunch more of the mascarpone cheese :. I used the sugar free or the fat free jello *IF* you use this type of jello, the same quanities of liquid are used just as a reg. box of jello. I didn't relize this at first and ended up making a double batch. :
This is a great combination of: fruit with a bite and different textures
jello/cheese & real fruit. I also used a sweet champaine as a substitute. Great recipe and have made again!!

This was not as easy as her usualy recipes only because you have a few steps that you have to wait for.........but it was SSOOOOO good, it tasted rich and light at the same time-- this made me want to put marsapone on everything!
    Must Do This!
