Not being a jello fan I was a bit hesitant but this was wonderful. Light, tart and not too filling. I preferred the sweet taste of whipped cream better than the mascarpone. My guests loved it!

I seldom like jello, but thought this looked great on TV and gave it shot. It was a sweet surprise! I loved it - definitely the prosecco adds a kick, and frozen rasberries add texture...the walmuts, too! Frozen rasberries also helped this the jello to quickly set.

Hate Jello. Hate raspberries. LOVED this dish! I guess the sum is indeed greater than its parts! Wow!

This is a refreshing and light dessert, yet so satisfying. I used a combination of roasted walnuts and almonds and added whip cream to the mascarpone...the flavors and different textures in this dessert were wonderful. Your eyes are also in for a treat, as this dessert looks so beautiful!

I made this for the first time yesterday, and used ginger ale since I had to use it up anyway. Next time I will use a sparkling wine- probably spumante since I like it so much. This is a great make-ahead dessert, especially if you're working on a big dinner and don't have the time or energy to put into dessert afterwards. Thumbs up from me!!

Just wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly. You could taste the wine and the marscapone gave it a creamy richness. Everyone loved this one!!

Maybe I did something wrong, but this didn't gel correctly. It turned into a big runny mess. I had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste!!!

I used sparkling wine and fresh raspberries, topped it with whipped cream. One of the best desserts I've ever had. Simple to prepare - done well before guests arrived.
