In an ice-filled pitcher, mix together the Mint Simple Syrup, whiskey and 5 mint sprigs. Slowly pour in the prosecco and mix. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, 1/2 cup water and mint leaves over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using.
