The recipe was delicious. My daughter wants it for her birthday and she's loves Dinosaur BBQ here in Syracuse, NY!

Did not care for this- not enough spice I guess. If you try this- up the spices.

Knocked our socks off yummy! I added one less cup of water & because I detest cumin I skipped that but wow, perfection! I didn't make the salsa, instead served it over rice and it was scrumptious!

I loved this recipe and so did my husband. My grocer was out of grapefruit at the time so I just used an extra orange. I made the citrus salsa the 2nd time with the grapefruit and we loved it both ways. I used it with grilled salmon and it was terrific. I too saved the broth from the pork and froze it. I used it in a white chili recipe and it went perfect with it since it was a little spicy. It was also our first time to try napa cabbage and again...we both loved it! It had a milder flavor than regular cabbage. We will have these again and again!

YUM! Threw the pork in the slow cooker then reduced the sauce on the stove. Also added onion to citrus salsa.

This was a DELICIOUS recipe! And so easy. I couldn't find fresh grapefruit so just used the packed in juice from the store. The pork was so tasty. My husband loved it!Will definitely be a regular at my house!

My family really liked this dish. The pork was so tender! The left over liquid in the pan will be an amazing base for some kind of soup (haven't decided yet what kind so I froze it. I didn't find it spicy at all so I may add more jalapeño next time. The salsa was just okay, but I added some onion and cilantro and that made it really good. I have enough pork left over to turn it into pulled pork sandwiches for dinner tomorrow night so that is a nice bonus. Plus I already have the cabbage that I need for the coleslaw I like to top them with. Any dinner that is so easy (even though I cut my own pork, and that can become two dinners (3 if you include the soup I will make later is a huge winner in my house! Giada never disappoints!

This is great! used all 3 jalapenos and it was spicy! flavor was really excellent. The salsa is excellent as well-you have to be really thorough draining it before adding seasonings to keep it from being too wet, but the flavor really complements the pork.
I will use the salsa for lots of other things.

The recipe is Excellent. However, I did not use the salsa portion. I topped the tacos with the Pico De Gallo recipe from Tyler Florence's Tacos Carne Asada. Then comes leftovers--I soaked 1 pound of Pinto Beans overnight and added them to the leftover's which included all of the delicious juices. Then everything went into the crockpot on low for 4 hours. Serve with some crusty garlic french bread and you have a real winner!! The only caution I have is it's really quite spicy if you leave in the jalapeno's.
