This is incredibly easy to put together after a long day of work! I followed the recipe exactly, and it was absolutely delicious, filling and satisfying. This recipe will be on my "Go To" list for an easy meal, but it is certainly nice enough to serve to lunch and dinner guests. I topped mine with the mini Saltines that are in the stores now, and it was wonderful! Thank you Giada!

I love making this dish not only b/c it's super easy but also b/c you can do so much more to it than what's called for in the recipe. I've added italian squash, italian sausage, and celery. It's also good with cheese sprinkled on top or plop a chunk of mozzarella in it. Yum!

This is the first review that I have given for any recipe. I have made this recipe for a few years now and it is always, always Awesome. Both of my kids Love it and they are both vegeterians. Once in a while I do change it up, I have added Chicken and on a few occasions Sausage. I actually used Giada's own recipe for marinara sauce as well as the Better stuff in the bottle. It is always my "Go to" quick soup. After all, I live in Cleveland. Thank you so much Giada

Unfortunately, I didn't like this sop at all. Will not make it again for sure. But I'm a huge fan of Giada and almost every her recipe is a big hit in my family, except for this one.

Well after 261 reviews, I don't suppose you need my two cents here but I'm giving it anyway. This is a great dish for busy people and it is so comforting on a cold night. Thanks Giada for another really good meal.

So flippin' delicious!! Instead of using a whole onion, I only used half and chopped 4 green onions and added Italian seasonings. OMG, sooooo good!!! Definitely shared this recipe with my girlfriends!

This is a great recipe. I did 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter to saute the carrots and onions in. I also added 1 cup dry pasta to it and shredded parmasean cheese to put on top of the soup. Giada's recipes never disapoint me or my husband :
