Always so good! I use a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and a whole cup of pasta and omit carrots, good every single time with a grilled cheese!

So easy and tasty! My toddler loved it even without the red pepper flakes.

Quick, easy and delicious. I eliminated the beans because I am not big on beans really, but the pasta and carrots made it hearty enough for me. I did add a bit more pasta since I didn't add the beans but still very delicious.

This recipe is fantastic! I'm not big on jarred sauce so I didn't have any on hand; instead I used a large can of crushed tomatoes and added a couple of teaspoons of sugar to tone down the acidity. I also was out of stock so I used chicken bouillon. It turned out great and quick. It took all but 20 minutes from start to finish but it tastes like I'd been cooking all day! I might try some fresh basil the next time. Love it!!!

I've made this several times before and loved it! I was craving it today and had to do some improvising since I did not have all the ingredients on hand. I didn't have broth so I made some with chicken boullion. I didn't have any beans so I raided my pantry and all I could find was Guandules( chick peas. SInce they too are considered a bean, I figured what the heck! I didn't have the marinara sauce so I used Ragu (tomatoe, garlic, onion. I hardly should have been making this since I barely had any of the ingredients ; In the end I also had to omit the red pepper because my son is only two and would not be able to handle the heat. In the end the soup was still AWESOME!!! Proving that it is foolproof...Haha! Added the red pepper flakes to my own bowl.

Just to echo others. Easy and quick. Great with Jeff Mauro's French Onion Grilled Cheese sandwich.

Very good AND easy. I used Giada's Tomato & Basil pasta sauce, Ditalini pasta, and topped with Asiago cheese. Serve w/ grilled cheese sandwich. Great on cold day.

Delicious! The more I ate, the more I liked it. I added pancetta while cooking the onions and carrots (I used 3 instead of 2 as well as a 2nd can of beans and 1 zucchini. Will definitely make it again!

Great soup! I can't count how many times I've made it. I use either orzo or ditallini for the pasta!! It doesn't last long in my house!!

I've made this recipe dozens of times. It is probablly the best soup recipe I've ever tried. It's so quick and delicious. You can also mix it up and add more veggies or try different flavored tomato sauces. I'm going to add pepperoni next, I think. I usually double the recipe because everyone in my family wants to bring leftovers home. This is a big winner!
