    The lamb was so tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the mint basil was an excellent complement. It was a huge hit at my house, and I'll definitely be making it again. My lamb took a lot longer to cook to medium rare than the recipe stated though, more like 40-50 minutes, but perhaps there was more meat on my lamb than giada's. It was delicious!!
