This was such an easy and delicious recipe. I did not change a thing and my husband and I both loved it!! I told my husband Giada said that in Italy they use balsamic vinegar and he would like me try doing it that way next time.

I made this yesterday but omitted the whipped cream-I'm not doing an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill for it. LOL. It has a sweet/tart taste but it's really delicious. Sweet because of the sugar and tart because of the red wine vinegar. I found myself constantly going back for more and more. My husband loves tart things and I love sweet things so needless to say, this snack didn't last very long in our house: You won't regret making this. If you had the opportunity to watch the episode, you'll also know that it was very comical. I love her aunt Raffy. She's very authentic and genuine! I loved her Italian spunky attitude.
