So simple, and oddly delicious. I loved this! I ate the strawberries without the whipped cream, like Raffy does. Yummy.

so good and easy. Guests will be impressed. Question--- can't find how to make the lemon slices she ate with strawberries. They seemed crispy. Anyone can help me??

I love this dish, so delicious! I make this all the time. It's so easy, fast and just brings out the flavors of the strawberries. Everyone that I've served this too has loved it.

This was such an easy and delicious recipe. I did not change a thing and my husband and I both loved it!! I told my husband Giada said that in Italy they use balsamic vinegar and he would like me try doing it that way next time.

I made this yesterday but omitted the whipped cream-I'm not doing an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill for it. LOL. It has a sweet/tart taste but it's really delicious. Sweet because of the sugar and tart because of the red wine vinegar. I found myself constantly going back for more and more. My husband loves tart things and I love sweet things so needless to say, this snack didn't last very long in our house: You won't regret making this. If you had the opportunity to watch the episode, you'll also know that it was very comical. I love her aunt Raffy. She's very authentic and genuine! I loved her Italian spunky attitude.

WHAT A NICE SURPRISE THIS WAS. TANGY AND SLIGHTLY SWEET. WONDERFUL PALETTE CLEANSER AND NICE ENDING FOR A RICH MENU. REALLY PERKED UP THOSE 'WINTER' STRAWBERRIES THAT LOOK GOOD BUT HAVE NO TASTE.
I LOVE WHEN RAFFY IS ON THE SHOW...I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SEEN HER VERSION BECAUSE SHE KEPT SAYING THAT IT WASN'T THE WAY TO DO IT.

My entire dinner was from Giada. Parmessan crusted pork chops, risottos with mushrooms and peas, and Raffy's strawberries in vinegar. Wonderful! The strawberries were so light and refreshing. I used RediWhip instead of making my whip cream, but it was still very good. As always, Giada and Raffy have great recipes.

Who'd a thought, vinegar and strawberries!?! Well as the Food Network team would say "That vinegar just makes them strawberries POP"! It really does brighten them up. Love them. I did not make the fresh cream although I am sure that is just as delicious. It's all about the berries, they just stole the show! Yum... Yae Raffy!
