    Iloved the recipe it has great taste and it was very easy to make the recipe it self looks great on the table the recipe has all the great colors for the holidays or anytime

    I made this to go in my gift baskets but I am not keen on giving away a dish I haven't tried...but the hubby and don't like mushrooms. Well, we tried it mushrooms and all, and it was nice. Didnt quite have the dimensions I was expecting with the Panchetta and Procuitto. Think I will try it again later using a smoky bacon instead of panchetta. This was very easy and quick to make tho. And tastes great!

    This made 3 jars and then dinner for me and my hubby. I added a lot more spice than this called for cause it didn't call for much seasoning and I like a highly seasoned sauce. I also let this simmer for much longer than suggested. It was phenomenal!

    Really enjoyed this recipe. So easy to make. I didn't have porcini mushrooms so I just sub'd the mushrooms that I had on hand and it still turned out well. Will make this again.

    If you love pancetta and prosciutto in your pasta, this is the recipe for you. This pasta has a very full flavor and wonderful texture. It's my favorite.

    Gave this as gifts after watching Giada make it. A thicker sauce than we usually have but quite tasty. Very easy - chopping meats was the most time consuming!
