Came out nice, pretty color, but not sweet enough for me or my husband and I used an extra tbsp. of sugar. I am also not a big fan of "bubbly", but thought I would give this a try. Won't make this again, but I will try the same thing using my favorite wine next time.

I entertained a group last night and didn't find this drink to be too tasty. It's difficult to get the seeds out of the raspberry mix.

The recipe as is was ok. My personal taste was to make it a little sweeter and more raspberry flavored. If you like brut, then your good to go.

I don't know why anyone would give these a high rating...they were terrible! We actually poured them down the drain. What a waste of good champagne and organic raspberries. I'll stick with good quality juices when making bellinis.

Champagne and raspberries how could you go wrong? This is a nice brunch or summer drink. Yummy!

I made these at our New Years Eve party. I followed the directions and they were wonderful. I ran out before everybody got to try a glass. Light and refreshing. Definitly will have at every new years bash and in between.
